You need food to nourish your body and stay alive. You can also use food to maintain happiness and bliss (who doesn't love a delicious meal with amazing people?). In this world, there are people who don't get enough food and there are times when we can personally over-indulge in food. Or we can have the wrong kinds of food (I'm looking at you, Keebler Elves). Interestingly, we each were built with a natural gauge of how much food we need. Your body is designed to tell you when you are full. You just have to wait a moment between bites in order to listen to your body.

You also need to nourish your mind, nourish your love, nourish your spirit and nourish your desire. For each of us individually, what we need for nourishment in mind, love, spirit and desire can be very different. It's not always as easy as physically feeding your body. Again, there are times when you don't get enough nourishment and times when you get too much. What do you need for your mind, your love, your spirit and your desire? Where do you get your nourishment? How do you support what you need?
