What's more important: health, wealth or happiness? Logic would tell you that health is the most important of these assets, followed by happiness and then wealth. And others would say that actually, happiness is the fuel for health. And wealth, as we've learned, is not all about how much money or property you have, it's the abundance of friends and loved ones – the people and experiences around you that make your life better. In reality, a balance of health, wealth and happiness is the key to improving your life. In other words, if you spent a lifetime concentrating on just one of these aspects, you may be rich in one area and poor in another. So, how do you balance the three? Well, it may be as easy as combining them all into one (or a few) activities that you love. Focus on your personal strengths and combine them with what you love.
There is a trick that I like to call Get Up and Get Out. When you're stuck and feeling overwhelmed, to change your focus and point of view is key. It may be as simple as getting out of the house and resetting your moment or, it may be that you need a better experience. Instead of spending your money on gadgets or new toys, experiences are the key. And, experiences where you learn and grow as a person are even better. Think about it, when you travel and explore something new, you are engaging your personal health, wealth and happiness. Create experiences in your life: travel, anticipate, explore, cultivate your mind and challenge yourself to feel greatness.
