When I started working, I was really struggling with what I wanted to do for a career. Even through college I wasn't really certain of what direction to go. I talked to my uncle Gary and said, "Now that I've graduated College, I don't know what I want to do with my life." Gary, who is 20 years older, said, "That's ok, I haven't figured out what I want to do with my life, either." I asked my mom the same question and she said, "Do what you love and the money will come." Meaning, if you find a career and work just for money, that's what it will be: work. But if you do what you love, you will receive the amount of money that you need. I spoke with KT about this once and he said that he doesn't really delineate his work life from his social life.
Ray Kroc is known to have said, "If you work just for money, you'll never make it, but if you love what you're doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours." Do the most you can to love what you do. Align it with your goals and dreams and make success as sweet as it can be. And what ever you do, be the best at it.
