“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

Controlling our circumstances instead of circumstances controlling us is the ultimate goal of Self Mastery.  As you continue your faithful studies in your GIN levels and making a solid commitment to move up to level VI and then into the Professional Mastery courses, you will find that your personal Self Mastery becomes more visible.  Life is designed to work for us not against us.  One key factor of Self Mastery is mastering the basics.  No matter what level of training we are at, we must continually work on our basics.  In fact, right now, we are on a State wide tour of Success Mastery Back to the Basics helping GIN members to get reestablished in our core GIN teaching and curriculum.

Here is a GIN basic to study and mediate on; “Our eyes and ears will deceive us”.  This training comes from level III and helps us to understand the importance not to make rash judgments by what our eyes and ears are communicating to us.  Take some time today and write out your thoughts on this important GIN basic, you will find the Universe will give you much insight!

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

Financial Freedom is a wonderful thing, and like Bob Proctors book is titled “You were born Rich”.  But there are many dynamics and wrong concepts surrounding money, wealth and financial freedom or satisfaction.  One is that a high income and financial freedom are the same thing.  This could be one of the most -deadliest traps to ever fall into.  Look at the many sports figures and movie stars that made millions of dollars only to end up broke.  I have a client that played for eleven years in the NFL and even played in the Super Bowl who is now flat broke.  He even had to pawn his Super Bowl Ring to pay some bills.  How does this happen?  A wrong view of money and wealth.  There comes a lot more financial challenges being rich than there are being poor.   Every year when I pay more taxes than many Americans make per year, by CPA laughs until his rear turns red and tells us, now Don and Melinda that is a very good thing.  I fail to see his humor in all that!

However, I have been poor and I have been rich and I can tell you from personal experience, being Rich is better.  Financial Freedom has its roots in proper understanding of money and business, coupled with your understanding of energy on the bed of opportunity.  For instance, one of the first things my Millionaire Mentor taught me in 1980 was the value of saving and owning Gold bullion.  That practice alone, which I have done all these years created me a financial fortune and allowed me to capture some outstanding business opportunities.  Should you own Gold?  I have no idea, I am not a financial planner and have no preference on the method you choose to create wealth.  What I am saying is our GIN teachings tell us “Who do you listen to?” and I know for sure that most wealthy people own gold, and non-wealthy people own no gold.  A great book that just came out is “The New Case for Gold” by James Rickards that you can find at your local bookstore.

The next key, is to make investment choices based on reality and not the emotional rollercoaster of excitement like a rooster that drank from a Whiskey bottle.  This is the reason for the past twenty- five years I have surrounded myself with wise financial advisers because I will buy anything that catches my attention and that is not a pathway that leads to financial freedom.   Wealth is simply a game, but it is a game to be won, not lost.

A SIP of GIN for Wednesday August 31, 2016

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

What an extraordinary journey life can be, one filled with excitement, joy, happiness, excitement, health and financial prosperity if we know and apply the secret.  And the great secret is understanding what a secret is in the first place.  A “secret” is not information we don’t know; it is knowledge we don’t use.  That was a big one so let me say it again, “A Secret is not information we don’t know; it is knowledge we don’t use”.   We study our GIN materials every day for a reason and that reason is to empower us with knowledge that can create the results we want in life, whatever those results means to us.

The second and perhaps the most important process is to actually put the knowledge we learn into massive and immediate action on a continual basis.  Life is a journey filled with many colors of experience all created by the creative process of thought, vibration and frequency based on our knowledge of understanding and immutable laws.  As we grow in our personal growth process we will always come to junctions in the road which one may deem as a challenge but in all reality they are nothing more than “situations” that were brought about by our own creative mechanisms within.

As a GIN member, even if you are a level one, you know that we create these experiences many (if not most) times from an unconscious state.  We know this to be true because we would never have created them from a conscious state.  No one (unless you are a nut) gets up in the morning, jumps out bed, stretches, smiles and says, “how can I jack up my life today?”  Yet that is what millions of non GIN members face every day. As GIN members we get to Be, Do and Have what we desire and have our cake and eat it too!

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

Why not make it a goal to turn your “Annual Income” into your “Monthly Income”?  On our GIN reading list, we have the book “The Magic of Thinking Big”.  I first read this book in 1980 and it had a profound impact on my life and the way I was thinking.  I had the good fortune to work with my Mentor who dared me to dream wide, dream deep, dream long and dream big.  So I started right then and there to not only dream big but to think big.  I made it my goal to turn my annual income into my monthly income.

That dream it did not happen overnight, but because I kept dreaming big while I was living small, that dream eventually came to pass.  I encourage you to wake up every morning and shout, “Today I am working on turning my annual income into my monthly income”.  You may be surprised how good that makes you feel, how much more energy you will have.  It may restore your hope, renew your vision, ignite your passion and give you the jump start to make things happen.  I pass on to you what my Millionaire Mentor gave to me…” I Dare You to Dream Big and Think Big” and then watch what happens.

“A Sip Of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

A friend of mine Mike Murdock carries a little bottle of essential oil with him when he travels and takes off the cap and smells the aroma often and told me “the reason I do is because if you do not control the odor in your environment someone else will control it for you and you are not going to like it”.  I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes.  But you know it got me to thinking about “controlling our environment” and how important that is.  Are you controlling the words, the energy and vibration in your personal environment?   If you don’t control it others will control it for you and you most likely will not like the outcome.  This is the great thing about our GIN membership, it teaches us how to have control over our lives instead of having life rule and control us.

GIN empowers us to really enjoy “Life Freedom” not just time and money freedom.  Money and abundance is wonderful to have and I believe we all have a right to be rich; I personally would never exchange riches for poverty that’s for darn sure, but riches are no guarantee to an inner life of freedom.  Inner freedom comes about when we are in true harmony with ourselves, our life and our creator and are aware of our power to live successfully on this planet.

We have an entire “Life Library” in our back office on our GIN website and all we have to do is make a commitment to study some of it every day.  Do you know what one of the best books in the world is?  One that is a mixture of your own notes and research you have done and then printed out. Blaine Athorn had the great idea to print out the daily GIN emails (which many of you are doing) and put them into a note book and take notes on them.  Each daily email contains a nugget of powerful truth designed to be applied to produce results.  Remember what we said on Sunday’s call, “A secret is not information you don’t know, its knowledge you don’t use”.

When you desire something and then start thinking on the “how, how, how, how am I going to get it” you get all messed up.  You don’t find the how, you receive the how.  The how will come when you relax and focus on having the object of your desire.

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

If we go back and review our GIN curriculum we will find over and over the objective of our training is to “Raise our Vibration and Lower our Resistance”.  This is the Rhythm of Success.  This process allows us to Be, Do and Have the things we desire in life.  Life is about excitement, fulfilment, exhilaration, about experiencing our dreams, working effortlessly through challenges and being a major contributor to the betterment of mankind.   Only as we continue to grow and evolve in love and light do we reach this level of living.  The good news is, each day we have the opportunity to grow and expand and head towards this life of abundance.

It all goes back to how much are we willing to invest in our own lives so that we can invest in the lives of others.  It is important to understand that we must be “filled up” before we can “give out”.  The process of “Burn Out” is always be giving out without taking the time to fill up.  Everyday Melinda and I work on giving our best to people and every project we do and this is why our first and best part of every day is devoted to filling up our energy tank, mental tank, physical tank and love tank.  We make it a number one rule to fill up first, and give out second.  The goal is to “Burn with Passion” not “Burn Out from Exhaustion”.

A SIP of GIN for Saturday August 27, 2016

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

Many times when I think about my childhood I can recall the many times I fought with my brothers, the times when I saw my parents worry over things I did not understand at that time but what I can remember the most was no matter how bad things got, we stuck together as a family.  They say that a family that prays together stays together. I believe that; now prayer means different things to different people, but few would disagree that prayer of any kind stems from the foundation of love.

Love is a power that no negative force or energy can hinder or stop.  Love is the great healer of life and love is what gives us hope, restores our faith and keeps us strong.

Love not hate is what rules the real power in the world; as one wise lady told a younger lady, “Never hate a man enough to give him is diamond back!”

It is Saturday, let’s take a deep breath in and smell the Roses.  As our good friend Ed Foreman would say, “I am alive, I’m alert and I feel Great!”

“A Sip of GIN A Day Keeps Success Coming Your Way”

Dear GIN Family,

Communication or the lack of it is the gage the strength and quality of a relationship.  I have found over the years that healthy relationships have healthy communication or unhealthy relationships have faltering or dismal communication between the parties.  Healthy communication is not based on “Quantity” but “Quality”.  Two simple words, “I love you” can speak volumes in a very short amount of time.  When we started the SIP of GIN in February of 2015 it was designed for the eleven people I brought into GIN.  It was my way of communicating each day letting them know that we love, appreciate and care about them.  As the weeks went by other GIN members asked to be added to our daily email list and the love chain just kept growing.

I know many of you are extremely busy, and don’t find the time to read it every day, and that is ok.  Just know that the daily Sip of GIN love note of communication will always be here for you every day without fail letting you know you are on our mind and hearts.  I encourage you to reach out to someone you love and let them know that even though they may know that.
