There can be great inspiration in music. No matter what you're doing, the right music can make almost anything better. It's instantly nostalgic or motivating or uplifting. Have you ever noticed that sometimes the right song comes on at exactly the time you needed to hear it? Or, you catch a lyric in a song that you may have never noticed before and now, in a new unit of time, that song has a different or a more powerful meaning to you?

This happened to me recently when Already Gone by the Eagles came on the radio. Listening,
I heard the following lines:

"I know it wasn't you who held me down
Heaven knows it wasn't you who set me free
So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains
And we never even know we have the key"

Excellent. I had always heard Already Gone as just a simple breakup song. It's more than that, actually. It's very empowering in many ways, when you realize that you've outgrown a person or a situation and you head, without emotion or bitter feelings, forward into a new world… a new you. More importantly, you set yourself free. What is the 10 second miracle? Take 100% responsibility for anything and everything in your life. Other people don't hold you down. Other people don't set you free. You are the one who can do both. To know that you take the blame or the reward for all that happens in your life is very empowering.
