Throughout your life you come in contact with so many different people. With friends and family, colleagues and classmates, it’s tempting to look at their life and situations and compare. To measure what they have vs. to what you have or don’t have. What accomplishments that you have achieved against what they have done. Everyone in life will have more AND less than you. There are no two people alike. What you potentially envy in someone else, they could covet the opposite in you. The house may be bigger, the car may be nicer, the grass may even be greener… but it’s not your path. What you want is something different. Compare you to you. Measure your achievements to what youwant to accomplish. You will never know what it is like to be someone else. And they will never get to be you. Let your measurement of success be the accomplishment of your personal goals. Compare you to you. Stay in your own life and within your dreams. Your goals far outreach anything anyone else can even conceive.
