A Sip of GIN for Friday August 19

Dear GIN Family,

The costly damage of stress.  I received the shocking news today that my primary doctor who I had been our family doctor passed away on August 3rd.  This was shocking since my doctor was younger than I was.The last time I had seen him a few months back, he did look like he was under more stress than usual, but since he was the MD, I was there for him to look at me so I allowed that observation to pass.

They did not share his cause of death, but in all of the years I had known him, he never seemed to have any illness of any kind I could detect. As GIN members who have been exposed to higher degrees of curriculum, we take our health and life serious; however, many times, without realizing it, we can allow ourselves to get out of balance due to high levels of stress.

This is one reason why we work every day to keep in balance and to keep our priorities in order.  Take an evaluation check on your health and be sure to keep your thoughts on perfect health.  I learned a long time ago that no matter how much chaos comes up, everything always works out in the end.  With the right training, you can live Completed and not Depleted.

Don,

First, I want to say how sorry I am for the loss of your physician. Also, I want to thank you so much for your post. Even though I'm only a Level II member, I have to remind myself to stay focused on the positive. When things get a little crazy I try to turn to Gin's teachings, but I must admit the past few months I have found myself stressed, upset and sick due to the sickness of my mom, but she is slowly improving.

I am truly grateful for Gin. I'm back reading again and getting focused and removing poison (people and situations...full of negativity) out of my life.

Again, sorry for your loss, and thank you for sharing and reinforcing the awesome teachings of this wonderful organization.

God bless
